Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Pittsburgh Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh, PA. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and urgent care services to our residents in collaboration with other medical providers, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery.
Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the Center Leadership Team to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of enhancing the well-being of our residents through compassionate care. The role involves collaborating with medical directors and attending physicians to deliver personalized medical services.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program.
- Licensed as a registered nurse.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Specialization in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Minimum of two years' experience with adult or geriatric population.
