We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative team at One Medical. Responsibilities

• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits for patients.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care setting.
• State licensed in New York by the start date.
• Passion for human-centered primary care and evidence-based practice.
