Oncology Account Manager (Phoenix South)

We are seeking an Oncology Account Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products and building relationships with specialists within your assigned territory. You will work closely with the commercial team to implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include strategic account management, teamwork & collaboration, selling effectiveness, and product and scientific knowledge.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Understand customer needs, develop clear objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Maximize customer engagement through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Selling Effectiveness: Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products effectively to healthcare providers.
  • Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate healthcare professionals about product indications.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college/university degree.
  • Experience in Oncology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Post-graduate business school study.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market.
  • Key account management experience with academic and community accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and sales analytics skills.
  • Experience with AML, GI, HER2 landscape, and/or Lung Cancer preferred.
  • Knowledge of key account & market dynamics.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $128,000-$192,000, with additional benefits including a discretionary annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible paid vacation.
