Job Description

We are looking for an Oncology Account Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious diseases. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our Adult Oncology products, establishing and managing relationships with healthcare specialists, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve objectives within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to healthcare providers in Community Oncology and Academic Centers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products and their approved indications.
  • Achieve sales targets and forecasts.
  • Organize meetings to exchange medical and product information.
  • Analyze prescribing and purchasing processes in the designated territory.
  • Establish strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in selling within the Oncology field.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of disease states.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Experience

  • Post-graduate business school study or training.
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience or 3 years of straight Oncology sales experience.
  • Experience with Hematology, Solid tumors, AML, or Lung Cancer.
  • Community Oncology practice experience.
  • Key Account knowledge.
