Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Oncology Business Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as part of our Market Access team. As an Oncology Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing key business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.
Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans with a deep understanding of various healthcare aspects.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business strategy and brand objectives.
- Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner and build strong relationships to support patients.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts to maximize resources.
- Develop strategic plans with Regional Sales Managers for optimal access to Jazz Oncology products.
- Communicate account plans and insights to inform access strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision makers in health systems and community practice oncology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Proactively communicate payer policy updates and educate accounts on access issues.
Skills/Competencies Required
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems.
- Strong account management knowledge and understanding of reimbursement models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
