Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As part of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our offices and stores.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate important information to various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Create reports to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Handle operational customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and filing systems.
  • Identify and report any irregularities within your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct training sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
