Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As part of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our offices and stores.
Responsibilities
- Communicate important information to various stakeholders within the organization.
- Create reports to aid in decision-making processes.
- Handle operational customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and filing systems.
- Identify and report any irregularities within your area of responsibility.
- Conduct training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
