Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in Frederick, MD. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices. Your responsibilities will include communicating crucial information, creating reports, resolving operational complaints, providing administrative support, and maintaining organized filing systems. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external parties, ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate relevant information to various stakeholders.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints effectively.
  • Provide office support to management and store personnel.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
