General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide training, and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Work collaboratively in a values-driven culture focused on growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Supervisory, transportation, or related experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
