We are currently seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor I to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, in our Denver, CO location. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performances, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and adhere to proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in service center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
