Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor I to join our team at ABF Freight in Denver, CO. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight during assigned shifts.

General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for efficient freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and support a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in service center or transportation fields.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
