Ready Set GO Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team at our Sausalito and Novato clinics. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully equipped SI gym and lead outdoor Friendship Explorations groups across Marin county. We welcome school-based therapists who can cover after-school and weekend hours as well. Part-time and PRN positions are available with the potential to transition to Full Time. The base hourly range is $48-$57, with additional compensation for Saturday sessions. Entry-level therapists can earn between $80,000 - $96,000 annually, while seasoned therapists can earn over $115,000.
