Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a valued team member, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service. This role offers a dynamic work environment with new tasks each day.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

General Duties:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform assigned tasks as needed

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products
• Follow merchandising guidelines and maintain displays
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Effective time management and teamwork skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
