Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Stockers/Cashiers at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will maintain product displays and ensure fresh merchandise is readily available to customers. Cashiers will handle customer purchases, provide excellent service, and assist in store cleanliness. Both positions require a collaborative approach and a commitment to exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide outstanding service
- Maintain clean checkout areas and stock shelves
- Report inventory issues and provide feedback on products
- Adhere to cash handling policies
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and follow merchandising guidelines
- Organize inventory and operate machinery safely
- Ensure store cleanliness and effective product presentation
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
