Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our store by stocking shelves properly and organizing inventory. As a Cashier, you will handle customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and uphold cash policies. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a difference each day.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and follow directives from the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Provide feedback on products and assist customers with their needs.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Ensure shelves are stocked and rotated to offer fresh products to customers.
• Create visually appealing displays and merchandise products according to guidelines.
• Operate machinery following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of company products and policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
