Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the ALDI team as a Part Time Stocker/Cashier. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the shopping experience of our valued customers by performing cashier or stocker duties. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier duties: Process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies
• Perform stocker duties: Stock shelves, create well-merchandised displays, and operate machinery
• Meet physical demands of the role: Sit, stand, lift, and carry items up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
