Job Description
We are looking for Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join our team at ALDI, one of the nation's fastest growing grocery stores. As a Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your responsibilities may include collaborating with team members, ensuring product availability, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
- Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store organization.
- Additional responsibilities based on the role (Cashier, Stocker, Store Associate).
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of company products and services.
- Specific requirements based on the role (Cashier, Stocker, Store Associate).
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
