In this role, you will serve as the face of Aldi, working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. As a Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the store's operations, from processing customer purchases to stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Knowledge of company products and services.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
