Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Store Cashiers and Stockers at Aldi. As a member of our collaborative environment, you will operate cash registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and feedback
• Conduct inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure product freshness
• Merchandise displays according to planograms
• Operate machinery safely and organize inventory

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
