Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers or machinery, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional service. This position offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.
Position Type
- Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate information to direct leaders. • Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data. • Perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned.
Cashier Responsibilities
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service. • Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities
• Stock shelves with fresh products, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely.
Qualifications
• 18 years or older. • Ability to provide courteous service. • Interpret company policies. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • High school diploma preferred.
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. • Retail experience is a plus.
