Job Description
Join ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team setting. As a valuable team member, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Position Details
- Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier:
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional service
- Offer feedback on products, conduct inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
Stocker:
- Stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and create well-merchandised displays
- Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and follow safety procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Provide courteous customer service and maintain cleanliness standards
- Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team
- Good time management, knowledge of company products and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience
- Combination of education and experience
