We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business at the club, ensuring that all fitness financial targets are met or exceeded. Your role involves building and nurturing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals while delivering a top-notch experience consistently.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a high-performing personal training team.
• Drive new client acquisition and improve client retention.
• Develop an agile team to provide customized training sessions.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for clients and team members.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through relationships with VASA members.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
