We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets by building a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals. You will create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service to ensure a world-class experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Adapt programming to meet individual client needs and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Interact with members, clients, and guests in a friendly, energetic, and inclusive manner.
• Ensure personal trainers deliver value by maintaining clean training spaces and offering top-notch training sessions.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, encouraging growth and development.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with members and promoting personal training packages.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal training and team leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and increasing retention rates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Passion for health and fitness with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
