Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
- Facilitate personalized training programs to meet individual client needs.
- Engage with members, clients, and guests in a friendly and inclusive manner.
- Ensure personal trainers deliver high value and maintain clean training spaces.
- Support personal trainers' growth and development through coaching and resources.
- Attract new clients through relationship-building with VASA members.
- Guide personal trainers in conducting consultations and recommending suitable training packages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
