Physical Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
- Proficient in EMR documentation and CPR certified.
