• Document patient information accurately using EMR systems.
• Maintain an unencumbered Physical Therapy license for New York state.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license for New York.
• Proficient in conducting assessments and providing rehabilitation plans.
