Paradigm Rehab is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join our compassionate team. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to help individuals reconnect with their environment and enhance their quality of life.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home Physical Therapy assessments for referred patients.
• Provide direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
• Ensure proficient EMR documentation.
• Maintain CPR Certification.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in New York.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
