As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals reconnect with their environment to enhance their quality of life. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note preferred).
• Valid CPR Certification.
