In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise plumbing projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and lead a team of plumbing technicians and helpers, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and progress reports.
• Inspect job sites to resolve issues and ensure quality control.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications for project execution.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and departmental performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager in the construction industry.
