Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in line with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, report changes, and document care activities promptly.
• Implement and update care plans, taking appropriate nursing actions.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.

Requirements

• Active nursing license with CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
