Position: Private Duty Nurse LPN

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors or physicians.
- Document all activities and nursing actions promptly and accurately.
- Participate in and update nursing care plans.
- Implement infection control measures to protect staff and patients.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Maintain knowledge and competencies through educational programs and skill evaluations.
Requirements
- 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Current CPR Certification.
