Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all activities and nursing actions promptly and accurately.
• Participate in and update nursing care plans.
• Implement infection control measures to protect staff and patients.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain knowledge and competencies through educational programs and skill evaluations.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
