Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery and coordination of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Observes and assesses patient condition and care needs, reporting changes as appropriate.
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and care coordination.
• Participates in implementing and updating the nursing care plan.
• Provides education to patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing with the board.
• CPR Certification.
