Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide individualized care to patients in their homes? ChristianaCare is looking for a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team. In this role, you will deliver expert medical care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including administering medications, tracheostomy maintenance, ventilator support, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care plans with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships through compassionate care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Delaware LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred.
