Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys providing one-on-one care in a home health setting? ChristianaCare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in Delaware. Our team delivers expert medical care, including administering medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with family members and healthcare providers.
- Establish positive relationships with patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts monthly.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Attend a two-week orientation in Camden office and patient field training.
- Prior home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Preference for tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
