Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting. As a member of the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team, you will play a vital role in administering medications, coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, and building positive relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Build positive relationships with patients.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
