Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! In this role, you will provide personalized medical care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting across Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert medical care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation.
- Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
