Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse looking to provide exceptional care in a home health setting? If so, ChristianaCare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) for in-person events on 5/13. Our skilled team serves patients of all ages, providing specialized care including administering medications, ventilator support, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships through compassionate and courteous service.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Attend a two-week orientation followed by patient field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
