Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours across multiple skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area, contributing to exceptional nursing care delivery, positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family satisfaction.

• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is a plus.
