Unit Description
In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients at varying health and illness states. You will be a crucial member of the team, offering direct patient care, education, and post-discharge preparation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care following established nursing processes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Take charge as operational need allows.
- Fulfill a minimum of 300 hours per calendar year, including holiday shifts.
- Participate in orientation and training programs.
