We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients at various stages of health and illness. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate nursing care plans, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals and their families.
- Contribute to care transitions and preparation for post-care needs.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice.
- Possibility to take charge as operational needs require.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Preference for candidates with greater than one year of experience, oncology experience is a plus.
- Commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as per employment terms.
Incentives
