Join The University of Vermont Health Network as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Resource Department, where you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. This dynamic role involves collaborative work with RNs and LNAs, floating between different units to address inpatient staffing needs.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Our department provides comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this unique setting. We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year of direct nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, Maternal Child, and other units.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet patient care needs.
• Utilize your nursing skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Incentives

• Resource Department differential of $7.00/hour.
• External candidates eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
