Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Atrium Health in Rome, Georgia. As a Cardiac Stepdown Nurse, you will provide critical care services, continuous monitoring, emergency care management, and patient assistance. The role involves working with patients of all ages, addressing their diverse needs with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing process based on extensive knowledge and experience.
- Provide age-appropriate patient care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Deliver critical care services, including continuous cardiac monitoring and ventilator management.
- Ensure patient comfort and well-being through daily living assistance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Georgia or Alabama with ACLS and BCLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to customer service.
