Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring their well-being and recovery. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients and families for discharge by creating comprehensive plans.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Proficiency in IV functions or willingness to train.
