Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specializing in Home Care to join our team for an in-person event on 5/13. As a member of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient well-being and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain proficiency in IV administration and treatment.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions.
