Job Description
Join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, focusing on goal-oriented, patient-centered care. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop care plans that are patient-centered and aligned with available resources.
- Train and become proficient in IV functions within 90 days of hire.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- Proficiency in IV functions or willingness to be trained.
