Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team. As a Full Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient well-being. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Proficiency in IV functions or willingness to train.
