Job Description
ChristianaCare is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Home Health experience to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
Requirements:
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.

Pay:
$32.00 - $44.00 per hourExpected hours:
