Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse Home Care - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Home Health to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Field Nurse in Home Care, you will be providing exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community in Newark, DE, and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers day shift hours with a manageable schedule that includes one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
• Ensure IV proficiency and readiness to perform IV functions.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
