Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our team. As a Full Time RN, you will provide expert nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the Newark, DE area. This position requires work on day shifts, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month, ensuring a rewarding and impactful work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure appropriate discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
