Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, focusing on goal-oriented and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed treatments and IV care to patients efficiently.
- Develop and execute care plans in line with patient needs and available resources.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
- Work day shifts with scheduled weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- Proficient in IV care or willing to undergo training.
