Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. In this role, you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the physical, psychosocial, safety, and security needs of our patients are met. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with the Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, making a difference in the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care tasks, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist in ensuring patient safety and comfort by following protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct and document diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Support patient admission and discharge processes.

Requirements

• New graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to adhere to specific patient care protocols and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
